Website and web interface
If you currently sell, or plan to sell products online then you will want to make the connection between your in house system (e.g. Sage)and your website so that you minimize task duplication. Products, images and vital web data are automatically delivered to your site from your in-house system, and orders are received directly into your SOP system. All this in real time.
Accurate stock management and forecasting
This module allows a business to identify multiple locations and stock levels of any product, to produce picking lists, hand held wireless terminals, stock level export to websites, perpetual inventory stock control systems, sophisticated inventory forecasting. This module integrates closely with purchasing and Order Processing modules.
Order processing
Orders placed on a website, over the phone or in person can be processed and received. When orders are received they can automatically generate all the instructions for fulfillment, messages back to the website, order quotation and delivery date facility, customer email notification, and stock replenishment instructions. This module is closely integrated into purchasing and stock management modules
Purchasing and suppliers
The purchasing module allows you to manage supplier information, tendoring, purchasing ordering by specific criteria (i.e. best lead time, price), Electronic ordering, invoice reconciliation etc.
Enterprise system integration
Many companies have multiple systems, and even more when a company acquires another company. System A allows a business to centrally control all the data within all these systems in once place. This removes the need to complete complex exercises in database rationalization. Overheads in task duplication are eliminated.
Invoicing
The invoice module allows customers to tailor invoices lists of recipients, electronic invoicing, real time links to accounting system (e.g. SAGE).
CRM - Customer Relationship Management.
There are many CRM systems on the market. System A provides the ability to interrogate all purchasing activity and integrate marketing messages through to the web / other marketing channels. Customer nformation is at contact level. This module also drives specific marketing reports to provide visibility of essential business trends.
